If your deposit hasn't appeared yet, here are the common causes and what to do.
⏳ Common Causes
Blockchain congestion — network delays can range from minutes to hours depending on the crypto and current traffic. BTC and LTC tend to be slower.
Low transaction fees — if the fee paid was too low, the network may take longer to confirm your transaction
Wrong network — sending crypto on the wrong chain (e.g. sending ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address) will cause the deposit to not arrive
🔄 Wrong Network Deposits
If you sent on the wrong network, there is a small chance we can recover the funds. Contact live support with your transaction details. Please note there is a 10% recovery fee for wrong network recoveries.
✅ What to Do
Verify you sent to the correct address and on the correct network
Check the transaction status on a blockchain explorer (e.g. Etherscan, Solscan, etc.) to see if it's still confirming
If the transaction is confirmed but still hasn't appeared, contact live support with your currency, network, and transaction link
