Single Sign-On (SSO) & Account Merging

Simplify your Gamba account access and enhance security with SSO and account merging.

Updated this week

Log in to Gamba using Google, Twitter, or Facebook β€” or merge them all into one account.

πŸ”‘ Creating an Account with SSO

When you sign up with SSO, we retrieve the email from your Google, Twitter, or Facebook account. You'll then set a username and password to complete registration. After setup, you can log in via SSO or with your username/email and password.

Note: An email must be accessible from your SSO account. If we can't retrieve it, the registration will be rejected β€” every Gamba account requires an associated email.

πŸ”— Merging SSO Accounts

If you already have a Gamba account and try to log in with an SSO that uses the same email, our system will prompt you to merge. Enter your existing account password to confirm, and the SSO becomes an additional login method.

You can merge multiple SSOs to one account β€” as long as they share the same email. This means you could log in via Google, Twitter, Facebook, or email/password.

βš™οΈ Manual Merge

Go to Settings β†’ Security to manually merge SSO accounts.

πŸ”’ Security

The merge process requires your password to prevent unauthorized merges if an SSO account is compromised. Only you can add new login methods to your account.
