What Happens if the Affiliate Whose Code I Used has Their Account Banned or Deleted

Your earnings are secure even if an affiliate's account is removed from Gamba.

Updated over a year ago

If the affiliate whose code you used experiences account banning or deletion, your entitlement to any unclaimed % back commission remains unaffected. You can continue to claim your earned commission as per normal.

Once the affiliate's account status has been updated to 'banned' or 'deleted', the corresponding referral code will be removed from your account. This means that the connection to the banned or deleted affiliate is severed, ensuring a fair and secure environment for you.

After the referral code is removed, you are free to apply a new referral code to your account via the Promotions home page. This way, you can continue to take advantage of the benefits of being a referred user on Gamba.

As always, if you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at [email protected]. We're committed to ensuring your experience with Gamba is enjoyable and seamless.
