Your unclaimed commission share remains unaffected — you can continue to claim any earned commission as normal.
What Changes
Once the affiliate's account is banned or deleted, their referral code will be removed from your account. The connection to that affiliate is severed.
Applying a New Code
Referral codes are normally permanent once applied. In this case, you can reach out to live support to have a new code applied — this is one of the rare exceptions where a code change is allowed.
