American (Moneyline) — profit on $100 stake or stake needed for $100 profit (e.g. +150 / -200)
Hong Kong — net profit excluding stake (e.g. 1.50)
Indonesian — similar to American, based on single currency unit
Malaysian — positive/negative format with different calculation method
